It's been about 6 months....

I have been failing miserably at my blogging responsiblities..lol. It all started when our computer crashed and then I wasn't sure how to download my pictures onto the new computer and 492 pictures later... Yes, I took that many in about 6 months time. I decided to put them up on my computer. Now that I have pictures to go with my blogs, I now feel I have the ability to do so..

Wicked!

I was lucky enough to go to NY yesterday to see Wicked on Broadway. I just finished reading the book last Sunday evening, and Monday morning I was told that a friend wanted to take me to see it on Broadway. Thanks to all you guys who turned down the tickets so that I could go! I had so much fun! It was Fantastic! Thanks for taking me with you Ashleigh. You are the best!

I like the book, but I loved the play! I don't want to give any secrets away if you are planning to read or go see Wicked, but the ending in the play was SO much better than the ending in the book.

The women who played, Elphaba (the wicked witch) and Glinda were SO good! They did a phenomonal job!

I actually was fortunate enough to see two plays yesterday. They both were good. It was such a fun, exciting day! I'll post more about it later b/c it is after 4 am and I am still awake. I really need to go to bed.....

It's been a long time....

Spring is here at last... What a long winter. I am so glad it's over.. I love spring time because it's a time of new beginnngs. Beginnings are scary but at the same time hopeful. Full of promise...

Is it over yet?

Ok, winter is not my favorite season. I like Christmas.... Hmmm... well, that's about it. If January 1 was the first day of spring I'd be happy. So, January is over and the month of February looms ahead. Every day I look at the 10 day forcast hoping for a day above 5o degrees. Nothing so far...

Anyway, the cabin fever has gotten to me, and instead of staying in my snug little house, I have begun venturing outside with the munchkins. We all have been donning (except Ben of course) our hats, mittens and coats and going outside to play. The first day, Ethan stayed outside next to the door the entire time telling me how cold he was. The total time outside was appoximately 5 minutes. We have worked our way up to about 1/2 an hour at a time. Not bad considering my children seeem to take after me in their lack of excitement regarding the cold temperatures. At least the sun is out!

So, its been a while.....

I havn't posted for awhile. Part of its because life has been so busy, part of it is because there's nothing that I feel like really saying. (I know.... sad isn't it. ;) ) So, to get me back in the mood of blogging I am going to copy and paste..... Thanks for the quiz girls. It was fun....
